Elements for compressed air systems

We offer many solutions for the realization of the compressed air distribution systems, ensuring their correct sizing and supplying the assembly and installation in accordance with the safety regulations.
We mainly use the aluminum system Theseus which is better for the effective installation and implementation times than the traditional system in galvanized pipe.
The realization of the distribution is based on the measurement of the compressed air and energy consumptions.
The system adopted for the distribution that is to say the hollow bar HBS is a modular system of hollow bar in extruded aluminum, which permits the installation of lines of compressed air or other fluids in a fast, safe, functional way. Thanks to its plates and blocks, a quick fixation is possible, at any time, to modify or expand easily and safely the plant.
The system is mainly formed by hollow bars of extruded aluminum in various diameters. The junction between the various bars is obtained from joints straight, L and T joints whose seal is guaranteed by OR gaskets. An extensive series of plates with exit holes 1/8 "to 1/1/2, threaded terminals of various sizes, accessories, angle brackets, allow a great versatility.
