Dischargers for compressed air
Centrifugal separators separate condensation from the compressed air. A so-called cyclone system imparts a rotary motion to the compressed air inlet. By means of the centrifugal force generated, the liquid and solid particles thrown against the wall of the separator are transformed into drops, and then they flow into the collecting tank of the condensate.
The compressed air output is devoid of liquid condensate, while it is worth mentioning that the relative humidity of the compressed air downstream of the centrifugal separator (ie the water in gaseous form) is still about 100%.
Centrifugal separators should be mounted in such a way that the incoming air is as cold as possible: the colder the compressed air is, the greater will be the condensation that can be separated.
Kaeser dischargersExcellent quality and safe and reliable functioning are the characteristics required in the industry. Any Eco- drain discharger fully satisfies these prerogatives. In addition to those specific applications, such as a particularly aggressive condesate, the installations at risk of frost, high pressure or vacuum, are available special versions able to cope with every circumstance. |

MTA dischargersA careful design and control of the components and the use of a plastic reinforced with glass fibers or aluminum, provide a precise and reliable functioning. The dischargers of the series CDE, CDF and SCM are equipped with an exhaust system operated by a float and are able to download the condensation in a fully automatic way, without the loss of compressed air. The construction of the discharger is always made in such a way as to prevent that solid particles may obstruct the discharge orifice.

HIROSS discharger40 years of experience have allowed Hiross Parker to create the series of Hyperdrain dischargers, fit to satisfy any installation requirement; the range in fact consists of electronic dischargers , with float and timed. Are also available dischargers for installation of compressed air at high pressure, up to 50 bar.The Hyperdrain dischargers can be used with all network components of compressed air: compressors, coolers, separators, dryers, filters, satisfying every possible installation need. |
