filtro in rete per aria compressa In each m³ of air sucked from the environment there are on average up to 190 million between contaminants, hydrocarbon particles, viruses and bacteria. The compressor itself is able to filter only the largest particles in the air for the compression.

So, the majority of the pollutants remains in the compressed air, which is why most of the applications require an accurate treatment of the air.

We have network filters for every type of application of compressed air:

The line of network filters is available with all the products of the brands Kaeser, MTA and HIROSS.

Kaeser filters

The use of pure compressed air not only reduces the cost of maintenance and repair but also those of purchase.

Kaeser has different types of filters depending on the degree of purity required for the compressed air.

The wide range includes pre-filters (FB, FC), post-filters (FD), a micro-filters (FE, FF), combined filters with activated carbon (FFG) and sterile filters (FST).

The use of filters in the treatment of compressed air ensures the exemplary functioning of the machines and pneumatic control systems, as well as a long service life of the devices in use.

MTA filters

The filters HEF are the result of a strong diligence of MTA in the research and development of new materials and technologies to improve the performance and reliability of the filtration process.

All the aluminum bodies of the HEF filters are subjected to a complete treatment of chromatization allowing to obtain a material that resists for more than 250 hours in salty fog according to ASTM B-117.

The filters with carbon steel body B series are available with CE marking or, upon request, in accordance with the legislation in force in the country of installation.

Filters are available for the F version 40 bar g and filter elements that allow self-maintaining:
- Inserting and removing of the item in few seconds
- Ability to install the filter, even if the spaces are limited to few centimeters.

HIROSS filters

The secret of HIROSS Hyperfilter is the high efficiency of the filter element. It combines a high particle retention (99.9999%) with a minimum pressure loss.

The body of the filter, available with threaded or flanged, in order to adapt to every need of the customer, is treated with Hiroshield protection to ensure a long life cycle.
