Separators for the condensation
Centrifugal separators separate condensation from compressed air. A so-called cyclone system imparts a rotary motion to the compressed air inlet. By means of the centrifugal force generated, the liquid and solid particles thrown against the wall of the separator are transformed into drops, and then they flow into the collecting tank of the condensation.
The compressed air output is devoid of liquid condensation, while it is worth mentioning that the water in gaseous form is still about 100%.
Centrifugal separators should be mounted in such a way that the incoming air is as cold as possible: the colder the compressed air is, the greater will be the condensation that can be separated.
Kaeser separatorWith the separators of the series AQUAMAT the user is able to deal with the condensations produced by the compressed air in a simple and autonomous way and wasting only a minimal amount. In fact, comparing the disposal of the condensation operated by a specialized company, the system Acquamat allows a saving of work of about 90% so that the Acquamat separators can be amortized within a few months. |

MTA separatorTo separate the condensation, separators of the MS series use a centrifugal element which guarantees a very high separation efficiency, close to 100% in nominal conditions and always above 98% and low load losses. They are completely made of carbon steel and on request can also be supplied in stainless steel.
